Dwight Rackley, Jr., NP-C - Adherence and Education Nurse Manager
Rackley started his nursing career at VCU Health in 1994. He is a Richmond, VA native and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (’88). He received his nursing degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA in 1994. He graduated from VCU School of Nursing as a nurse practitioner (NP) in 2001 and has been part of the Infectious Disease Clinic since then. He completed his post-master’s degree in psychiatric nursing in 2014.
In 2020, he became the Director of the HIV Education program. In 2024, he became the first Adherence and Nurse Education Manager for the Ryan White Program. He is also the founder and president of the Central Virginia Chapter of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care (ANAC).
